When I first moved into an apartment a few months ago, I was so excited. As an introvert, it was a dream come true. At the same time, a small part of me also was a little disheartened because I knew I wouldnt be able to plant anything in the ground. But once I was settled in, I found that it wasn't too difficult to set up a garden contained in my patio. Today, I harvested about 20 stems of green onion. I planted whatever I had leftover from the stalks at the market several months ago, and have not needed to purchase any since then. They grow so quickly! Also pictured is a little white flower from my Serrano pepper plant. The Serrano plant has grown almost 9 inches within a month and a half! Can't wait to watch it begin producing some good chili peppers.
